GEN energija employs more than 120 professionals, while the entire GEN Group employs more than 1,700 people. Employee development and retention are the foundations of successful operations. The number of employees follows the growth and development of the Group and the challenges that accompany it.


Educational Structure within the GEN Group

We are proud of the strong competencies of our employees. Due to the complexity and demanding nature of work within the GEN Group, more than half of employees hold at least a higher education qualification.

Key areas of expertise among employees with level 9 and 10 qualifications (Master’s and PhD degrees) include:
